What to do with Deshaun Watson in Week 13 fantasy football

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Deshaun Watson ahead of the Texans Week 13 matchup against the Colts.

Nobody has benefited more from Houston’s decision to fire head coach Bill O’Brien than quarterback Deshaun Watson, except maybe for long-suffering Texans fans. Watson had another gem last week, throwing for 318 yards and four touchdowns against the Lions. He has a tougher matchup this week with the Colts coming to town, but he’s playing too well to leave him on the sideline in fantasy.

Fantasy Football analysis: Texans QB Deshaun Watson

Last week was the second time this season Watson’s thrown four touchdown passes. The last time was back in Week 6, and it’s also worth pointing out that he hasn’t turned over the ball during that span either.

While the Colts defense is good, it’s not unbeatable. They have 12 interceptions on the season, but they’ve only got one in the last four games. Notable, both Aaron Rodgers and Matthew Stafford have each thrown three touchdowns against the Colts this season. Watson’s ceiling is capped somewhat by the loss of Will Fuller, who’s serving a six-game suspension for a PED violation, but I’d still trust the quarterback to have a QB! type outing.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Deshaun Watson.
