The PGA Tour wraps up its 2020 calendar year in Naples, Florida this week with the QBE Shootout. The event takes place at Tiburón Golf Club in Naples, Florida and is a team event.
12 teams of two will compete over three days, playing three formats over the 54 holes from Friday to Sunday. The two-person teams include the defending champions playing together, the top 12 available PGA Tour players from the FedExCup Points List through the TOUR Championship, and 10 special exemptions.
The tournament gets underway at 9 a.m. ET on Friday, with Golf Channel providing coverage from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will feature scramble play, also known as best-shot. Golf Channel will have exclusive coverage on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. That round will be played under modified alternate shot format. On Sunday, NBC will air the tournament from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and Golf Channel will air the close of it from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The final round is played using four-ball rules.
