Friday update: Jacobs is questionable to face the Colts, per the injury report. Coach Gruden says that he will see how he feels on Saturday, but beat writer Vic Tafur has reported that Jacobs will play this week.
Gruden said he will see how Josh Jacobs, Trent Brown and Johnathan Abram are feeling Saturday. They are all listed as questionable but as I wrote Tuesday, the expectation is that they will play Sunday.

Thursday update: Jacobs returned to practice in limited fashion on Thursday. His status is still unclear for Sunday, but this is a positive trend.
The Las Vegas Raiders opened Week 14 with their first practice on Wednesday and running back Josh Jacobs remains sidelined with an ankle injury. Jacobs was a DNP all last week and ruled out for the game.
Head coach Jon Gruden was pessimistic on Monday about Jacobs’ chances of playing this coming Sunday. Devontae Booker got the start in his place and rushed 16 times for 50 yards to go along with a one yard reception. Jalen Richard rushed four times for 11 yards and caught a six yard pass, Theo Riddick had three rushes for six yards and a three yard reception.
The Raiders face the Indianapolis Colts in a critical game for wild card positioning. The Raiders are 7-5 and sit a game back of the seventh-seeded Colts who are 8-4. Indianapolis has given up the 13th fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs and ranks 27th in adjusted line yards.
