We’ve got nine games on Saturday night’s main slate on DraftKings. We’ll be going over the surefire DFS hits for each position. Here are the core plays we think you should make.
Point Guard
Damian Lillard, POR vs. UTA, $10,200 — The tear Lillard is on right now is outlandish. He hasn’t recorded less than 34 points and six assists in his last seven games and has reached at least 70 DKFP five times during that stretch. But he’s also contributing on the glass by averaging six rebounds per game during his hot streak. No individual player or scheme seems capable of stopping Lillard.
Other Options: Trae Young, ATL vs. DAL, $10,300; Kyrie Irving, BKN vs. WAS, $9,100
Shooting Guard
Bradley Beal, WAS vs. BKN, $9,900 — Beal has the All-Star snub narrative going for him and ended January on a roll. He’s averaging 39 points per while shooting around 54.7% from the field in his last five appearances and has been getting to the charity stripe at an alarming rate. Beal is firing at will and should continue to do against a hot Kyrie Irving.
Other Options: Donovan Mitchell, UTA vs. POR, $7,000; Jaylen Brown, BOS vs. PHI, $7,000
Small Forward
LeBron James, LAL vs. PHI, $10,600 — James remains one of of players with the highest floors in fantasy basketball. He consistently contribute as a scorer, rebounder, and distributor and should be fueled for a revenge game against his protege Ben Simmons after losing to the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday. Anthony Davis has been on a downward slide, so James might have to step it up in this one.
Other Options: Ben Simmons, PHI vs. BOS, $9,000
Power Forward
John Collins, ATL vs. DAL, $8,000 — Two of Atlanta’s centers are dealing with injuries and Kristaps Porzingis won’t suit up for rest purposes. Collins matching up with Dorian Finney-Smith and Maxi Kleber seems ideal. Collins could play more than his usual 30 minutes against the Mavericks to make up for his team’s lack of frontcourt depth and should dominate as a scorer and rebounder.
Other Options: Domantas Sabonis, IND vs. NY, $6,700
Center
Joel Embiid, PHI vs. BOS, $9,600 — Embiid has tallied at least 21 points and 10 rebounds in each of the two games he’s played since returning from injury. Enes Kanter is out, and no combination of Daniel Theis and other reserves should be enough to slow The Process down. Embiid played 35 minutes in his last contest, so lack of conditioning from missing games shouldn’t be a problem.
Other Options: Anthony Davis, LAL @ SAC, $9,300
