The Bluegreen Vacation Duel races will take place on Thursday at Daytona International Speedway. These qualifying races will determine a portion of the field for Sunday’s Daytona 500 — which will kick off the NASCAR’s 2020 season.
There will be two 60-lap races duel races (Duel 1 and Duel 2) and the top 10 finishers in each will be rewarded points ahead of the season. The race lineup of each will be determined by the finishing order of Sunday’s single-car qualifying. Odd-numbered finishing positions will be in Duel 1 while even-numbered finishers will be in Duel 2. We’ve got a look at the DFS prices DraftKings lists for the top drivers in Duel 1 down below.
Duel 1 will be headlined by Joey Logano, who finished fifth in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series last year. He notched two wins and 12 top five finishes in 2019 and finished 11th at qualifying. He’s the most expensive option ($10,000) in the field and is tied with Brad Keselowski for best odds (+450) to win the Daytona 500 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Logano is trailed by Denny Hamlin ($9,800), who finished fourth in last year’s cup standings with six wins and 19 top five finishes. He finished fifth at qualifying and has the third best odds (+550) to win the Daytona 500. Qualifying’s third place finisher Chase Elliot ($9,600) rounds out the top three.
