The Bluegreen Vacation Duel races will take place on Thursday at Daytona International Speedway. These qualifying races will determine a portion of the field for Sunday’s Daytona 500 — which will kick off the NASCAR’s 2020 season.
There will be two 60-lap races duel races (Duel 1 and Duel 2) and the top 10 finishers in each will be rewarded points ahead of the season. The race lineup of each will be determined by the finishing order of Sunday’s single-car qualifying. Odd-numbered finishing positions will be in Duel 1 while even-numbered finishers will be in Duel 2. We’ve got a look at the DFS prices DraftKings lists for the top drivers in Duel 1 down below.
Kyle Busch ($9,900) was last year’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion, so it’s not surprising to see him at the atop the list of competitors in Duel 2. He won five races and racked up 17 top five finishes in 2019 and finished sixth at qualifying. Busch is trailed by Kevin Harvick ($9,700) and Jimmie Johnson ($9,400). The duo finished third and 18th, respectively, last season. Harvick last won the Spring Cup Series in 2014 while Johnson missed the postseason for the first time in his 18-year career. Both are looking to start off 2020 strong.
