UPDATE March 11, 6:48 p.m. The Big XII Tournament will take place in front of only 125 fans per team, without spirit squads and bands.

The Big XII conference championship will take place from March 11-14 at the Sprint Center in Kansas City.

Kansas had won the Big 12 for 14 straight seasons until last year, and it appears they might get denied for a second season in a row as Baylor has been undefeated in league play so far.

Let’s take a look at the brackets.

Game 2. No. 10 Kansas State vs. No. 7 TCU 9:00 p.m. ET

March 12

Game 3: No. 5 Texas Tech vs No. 4 Texas 12:40 p.m. ET
Game 4: No. 1 Kansas vs. Game 1 winner 2:30 p.m. ET
Game 5: No. 2 Baylor vs. Game 2 winner 7:00 p.m. ET
Game 6: No. 6 West Virginia vs. No. 3 Oklahoma 9:00 p.m. ET

March 13

Game 7: Game 3 winner vs. Game 4 winner 7:00 p.m. ET
Game 8: Game 5 winner vs. Game 6 winner 9:00 p.m. ET

March 14

Championship: Game 7 winner vs. Game 8 winner 6:00 p.m. ET

Jared Butler, Scott Drew, and Baylor have been one of the dominant forces in college basketball this season. With their only loss to Washington over three months ago, they have run roughshod over a league with a verve usually reserved for Kansas. The Jayhawks should be right in it as well, with their game on February 22nd deciding much of the regular season championship.

West Virginia will be in the NCAA Tournament as well, with the game between Texas and Texas Tech possibly determining who receives another bid as both teams are perfectly on the bubble.
