Welcome back from the All-Star Break. If you needed an extra day on Thursday, we understand completely. It’s the end of the week though! Get hyped, there’s a nine-game slate on DraftKings for NBA DFS on Friday. Here we’ll be going over some top value options — there’s a ton of value tonight. Let’s get into some bargain options on DraftKings.

Anfernee Simons, PG/SG, POR vs. NOP ($3,500)

The Blazers are without Damian Lillard (groin), so there’s a ton of shots and usage to soak up in the back court. Most of that will go to CJ McCollum and Simons, who is much cheaper and should go lower owned. We’ve seen Simons showcase his scoring ability when either Dame or CJ is out of the lineup. With that type of scoring ceiling, in a game that should feature a ton of points, Simons will be very chalky.

Shabazz Napier, PG/SG, WAS vs. CLE ($3,900)

There’s a ton of value in Wizards-Cavaliers. Napier is my favorite play at under $4K at the PG position. He should see around 20 minutes of action, right around his average so far with the Wizards. The Cavaliers have inexperienced guards who can’t play defense — neither team will play much defense in this matchup. We had seen Napier up in the high $4K range after the trade and now he’s dipped very low. This is an advantageous price point.

Joe Ingles, SG/SF, UTA vs. SAS ($4,700)

There are two key factors to consider when playing Ingles tonight in DFS. First is the Jazz will be without PG Mike Conley, which will open up minutes and shots for Ingles. Second is the Spurs are awful at defending the 3-point line, which is where Ingles makes his money. Ingles is a guy who probably should be priced in the $5K range, but we’re getting him at a nice discount here. I mean, he had hit over 20 DKFP in four straight prior to the break, including 24 assists in the past three games.

James Johnson, PF/C, MIN vs. BOS ($4,600)

If there’s one thing the Celtics lack, it’s size. The Timberwolves will be without Karl-Anthony Towns to start the post-ASB stretch. With no KAT, Johnson has been starting and seeing big minutes — over 27 in each of the past two games. He’s filled up the stat sheet nicely with a combined 28 points, 15 rebounds and 13 assists the past three games since being dealt to Minny. Johnson’s price is up as a result, but he’s still affordable given he may see 30+ minutes.
