Behind a big game from quarterback Landry Jones, the Dallas Renegades defeated the Seattle Dragons 24-12 on Saturday at CenturyLink Field in Seattle on Saturday afternoon.

The Renegades (2-1) finished with 374 total yards, and converted 7/12 opportunities on third down. They overcame three turnovers, including two INT’s from Jones, but punted only twice. Donald Parham for Dallas lead all receivers five catches for 101 yards and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile Brandon Silvers and the Dragons (1-2) averaged just 4.8 yards per play, and had 300 yards of total offense. The home team averaged 3.7 yards per carry and missed on the only two fourth downs they tried. Austin Proehl lead all receivers with six catches for 81 yards.

While Dallas -5 bettors comfortably finished ahead of the number, the under held once again in an XFL game as the total was 40.5. The under is now 3-7 overall in XFL history, with only games involving the Houston Roughnecks ever covering the total.

The win also sets up a battle for first place in the West Division next Sunday between Houston and Dallas. The all-Texas matchup will be at 4:00 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1.
