Welcome to the Week 4 of the XFL. We don’t know all the good and bad teams quite yet, but we’re getting a better handle on some of the teams in the league. The DC Defenders defense had been impressive, that is until the LA Wildcats put up six touchdowns on them last week. And on the other side of the field, the Wildcats had been scuffling defensively, but shut down one of the better offenses in the league and picked off Cardale Jones four times.

Winston Moss is a defensive minded coach and was quick to let his defensive coordinator go in Week 1. The Wildcats dismantling of the Defenders on Sunday is a feather in his cap and could be the turnaround for their defense. The good news is that they face an awful Guardians offense at home in Week 4, giving them a great chance to continue to put up numbers.

The Battlehawks had a big game against New York last week and Dallas in Week 1. Their zero points against the Roughnecks in Week 2 isn’t surprising and shouldn’t hold you back from targeting the Dragons and Brandon Silvers this week. So far they’ve allowed 22, 14, and 7 DraftKings points to D/STs and their last two games have been at home. They will likely have trouble in St. Louis, where they drew the biggest attendance so far in the XFL last week.

Tampa Bay was able to get back on track offensively in Week 3 against the Roughnecks, but they are still a worthy team to target your D/ST against, as they have a lot of questions at quarterback. The Defenders will look to get back on track in an easier matchup this week/
