UPDATE: Feb. 4, 6:37 p.m. — Jayson Tatum has accepted his invitation to defend his title in the Skills Challenge at All-Star Weekend, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported late Tuesday.

Toronto Raptors F Pascal Siakam has accepted his invitation to compete in the Skills Challenge at NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago, Yahoo Sports’ Chris B. Haynes reported Tuesday.

Siakam was named as an Eastern Conference All-Star starter a few weeks back and will not be featured in the Skills Comp alongside Patrick Beverley, Derrick Rose and Trae Young, who are also reportedly set for the challenge. We’ve seen more versatile big men compete in the challenge recently, bunking the trend of point guards only. Last year, Celtics F Jayson Tatum took home the crown.
