UPDATE: Feb. 6, 12:11 p.m. — Williamson will not have a minutes restriction vs. Chicago, per coach Alvin Gentry.
Gentry said Zion’s toe is fine. Said it’s really a non factor. So won’t be watching him or have any sort of restrictions on that end.

UPDATE: Feb. 5, 9:32 p.m. — Williamson is available to play vs. the Bulls. Well, that was pretty swift by the Pelicans. We had news earlier today that Zion was questionable.

New Orleans Pelicans PF Zion Williamson is being listed as questionable for Thursday’s game vs. the Chicago Bulls. This is the first time Zion is on the injury report since returning, with the rookie dealing with a toe sprain. He has played seven games this season since coming back from knee surgery.
Fantasy basketball analysis: New Orleans Pelicans PF Zion Williamson
It doesn’t appear that the toe sprain is serious, but we could see Williamson sit out. The Pelicans schedule has allowed him to play all seven games without much restriction so far this season. He had played 30+ minutes in back-to-back games in February. If Zion sits, we should see a guard come into the starting five. Brandon Ingram would play the 4 and Derrick Favors would remain at center. Nicolo Melli is also a candidate to start at PF, though my guess is it’s Josh Hart or JJ Redick. Either way, Melli is an OK value play and I’d say Ingram becomes a top GPP play in DFS on DraftKings.
