The Celtics had essentially already won the game when Jaylen Brown ($7,300) got hurt, making it hard to know if the injury was serious. He went to the locker room and didn’t return, but there was only a minute left in the game. For fantasy purposes, Brown had a weak game. He scored 23.75 DKFP on 18 points and didn’t have much of anything other than points on his stat sheet.
The Celtics have also been without Kemba Walker, Daniel Theis and Marcus Smart due to injuries, so missing Brown for any amount of time would leave this team really thin. Jayson Tatum ($7,900) stepped up and scored 62 DKFP to cover for his ailing teammates.
Jaylen Brown looked like he just rolled an ankle there while getting trapped in the backcourt. Not at all what the Celtics wanted to see in the final minute with a double-digit win. He headed back to the locker room.
