Paul Reed heads college basketball injury report for March 11th

The DePaul forward leads our list of key injuries for March 11th conference tournament basketball

Update March 11, 9:11 p.m. Both Scruggs and Paul are warming up and appear like they intend on trying to play.

Update March 11, 8:44 p.m. It’s unclear whether Xavier’s Paul Scruggs (hamstring) or DePaul’s Paul Reed (hip) will play. Both are expected to be game-time decisions.

Not that this helps much, but I tried to find out if Paul Reed (hip) is playing and was told it's a game-time decision still, too. Neither team is tipping its hand on its Paul. (Reed or Scruggs)

GU: Mac McClung is questionable with a foot injury.
GU: Malcolm Wilson is out for the year with a broken leg.
GU: Omer Yurtseven is questionable with an ankle injury.

Iowa State vs. Oklahoma State

ISU: Prentiss Nixon is questionable with an ankle injury from the last game.
ISU: Rasir Bolton is questionable.

Kansas State vs. TCU

KSU: Montavious Murphy is out for the season with a knee injury.

DePaul vs. Xavier

XU: Paul Scruggs is questionable with a hamstring.
DU: Paul Reed is questionable with a hip injury.
DU: Markese Jacobs is out for the season with a knee injury.

Miami FL vs. Clemson

UM: Chris Lykes is out for the season due to an eye injury.

Georgia vs. Ole Miss

UGA: Tyree Crump is out indefinitely with mononucleosis.

Utah vs. Oregon State

UU: Rylan Jones is questionable due to concussion-like symptoms.

Washington State vs. Colorado

WSU: Jeff Pollard is questionable with a hand injury.
CU: Jakub Dombek is questionable with an undisclosed injury.
CU: Dallas Walkton is questionable due to a concussion.

UTEP vs. Marshall

UTEP: Eric Villa is questionable with an undisclosed injury.

Boston College vs. Notre Dame

BC: Jarius Hamilton is questionable with a knee.
BC: Nik Popovic is questionable with a back.
BC: Jared Hamilton is questionable with an ankle.

Nebraska vs. Indiana

IU: Devonte Green is questionable with an ankle.
NU: Dachon Burke Jr. and Cam Mack remain suspended and did not travel to the tournament.
