One of the great features of the XFL is a live look into unfiltered conversations that would be private in other major sports leagues. On Sunday, Los Angeles Wildcats QB Josh Johnson was not happy with offensive coordinator Norm Chow, picking up the phone to the coaches booth above and telling Chow:
"You guys are doing way too much arguing and complaining... Stop it."

Johnson backed up his talk with big plays against the Vipers, tossing four touchdowns on 8.5 yards per pass attempt as of mid-way through the fourth quarter. Johnson’s QB rating leads all quarterbacks in the XFL, and he’s got 288 yards today so far after getting picked off on the first play of the game.
We’ll see if the relationship between the two is as fractured after the game, but it might be be helped with a victory. It’s 41-34 Los Angeles with three minutes left in the game between two XFL teams that entered at 1-3. One of them might... hang up... their playoff chances with a loss this evening.
