The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in sports leagues suspending play or delaying the start of their season, and now individual boxing matchups are more formally suspended.

Boxing is an individual sport without a particularly helpful organizing body involved, but promoters and broadcast entities hold enough sway to impose a suspension. DAZN, a streaming service that focuses on boxing and soccer, is suspending its live events plans until early July due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, per The Athletic.

DAZN features a host of notable boxers, including heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, four-division champion Canelo Alvarez, and middleweight champion Gennadiy Golovkin. Joshua was scheduled to fight Kubrat Pulev on June 20th at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but that fight has been postponed indefinitely.
