Tuesday’s third and final Madden 20 simulation will be a matchup between the Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks, and DraftKings will have DFS contests available for the game. We break down the ideal showdown lineup strategy for the contest, which you can play at DraftKings.
Russell Wilson, QB, Seahawks ($17,100)
Wilson’s overall rating (97) is only second to Patrick Mahomes. He also has the best deep throw accuracy (96) and a dangerous downfield threat in DK Metcalf to stretch the field. Tyler Lockett is a consistent target with 93 catching. This receiving group paired with Wilson’s skills as a runner make him the best player available.
Julio Jones, WR, Falcons ($15,600)
Jones is the third highest rated (97) wideout in the game and will be up against a Seahawks secondary that has one player with a rating above 80. I think Seattle’s talent on the defensive line and at linebacker makes it more likely for Atlanta to find success through the air than on the ground. Expect one of the best targets around to have a field day against mostly subpar defenders.
Austin Hooper, TE, Falcons ($8,200)
Hooper has a better catch rating (97) than Julio Jones. His catching is only second to George Kittle at his position. While he doesn’t have exceptional physical tools, he has a good chance to haul in whatever balls are thrown his way.
DK Metcalf, WR, Seahawks ($5,000)
Metcalf will be Seahawks WR2, and that means Lockett will attract the attention of the Seahawks’ best corner for most of the game. Metcalf should be able to use his size, 94 speed, to beat out whoever is tasked with covering him when he gets a chance. I like him to win the matchups he does get.
