Updated Johnson-Moises odds, betting splits

In a preliminary fight in the lightweight division, Michael Johnson takes on Thiago Moises in the most competitive fight on the UFC Jacksonville card, according to the odds. It is one of the opening fights for the May 13th slate.

Johnson is a former Ultimate Fighter finalist with a 20-15 record, but has won only three of his last 10 bouts. Some of those losses have been to some of the best fighters alive, however, including Khabib Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje. This is his second-straight fight at lightweight after a 2-2 record while competing down a division at featherweight for a bit.

Moises is 12-4 and just 25 years old, but is 1-2 since signing with UFC. He’s gone the distance in all three fights, and averages two takedowns every 15 minutes of ring action, as opposed to just .56 for Johnson. The Brazilian will likely look to put his BJJ skills on display and attempt to win this fight on the mat.

Here are the odds for Michael Johnson vs. Thiago Moises at UFC Jacksonville on May 13th.
