The Indianapolis Colts and Green Bay Packers will face off in a Madden sim Friday at 10:00 p.m. ET. We break down the ideal Showdown lineup strategy for the DFS contest. You can set your lineup and play in the DraftKings contest before kickoff.

Captain’s Picks

T.Y. Hilton ($14,400)

The Colts passing game has been almost unstoppable in these simulations so I’m going to want as many shares as possible. Since Jacoby Brissett ($15,600) will be trendy, Hilton is the guy to Captain. He’s got crazy upside as well and should go lower owned. In two tough corner matchups, Hilton only had five catches and 78 yards over the past two games. He has 11 TDs in 12 simulations, however, so the ceiling here is insane.

Zach Pascal ($8,700)

Pascal is my favorite contrarian captain in this contest for the Colts. We should expect heavy ownership to go toward Jacoby Brissett ($15,600), Aaron Rodgers ($16,500) and T.Y. Hilton ($14,400). Because of that, I like saving some salary and getting Pascal, who has been a TD machine in Madden. He’s got seven scores in 12 simulations so far for the Colts, who have been a top offensive team overall.

FLEX Men

Eric Ebron ($7,600)

I’m really down on the Packers offense overall from what they’ve done in simulations. So we’re going to keep on stacking Colts! Ebron is another cheap receiving option like Pascal that can make up a pretty good value stack. Ebron hasn’t been a TD threat but it’d be prudent to think he’ll be completely ignored in the red zone every game. If Ebron can break out and find the end zone, 20+ fantasy points in almost a lock.

Chester Rogers ($2,000)

The value is just too good on Indy. Rogers has posted double-digit fantasy points in three straight games, including two games with a TD. As long as Brissett keeps rolling, these Colts WRs will all have value. I mean, look at his price! It’s $2K and he’s got three games at 6-7x salary value. I would lock Rogers in but know that he’s going to have REALLY high ownership more or less.
