UFC on ESPN 8 gets underway just after 6 p.m. ET on Sunday from Jacksonville, and the card will be headlined by Alistair Overeem facing Walt Harris in a heavyweight contenders matchup.

Harris is the betting favorite in this matchup as he looks to build off his 12-second knockout of Aleksei Oleinik last July. DraftKings Sportsbook opened Harris as -155, while Overeem is a +130 underdog. The over on the round total (1.5) is a slight favorite, but some kind of stoppage is expected, with NO on “To Go The Distance” sitting at -455.

DK Sportsbook released their betting splits for Saturday’s 11-fight card, which gives us an idea of where the betting public is sitting for each matchup. Harris is getting slightly more action than Overeem, with 51 percent of the handle of 52 percent of total bets on the favorite. It’s a small enough split that it has not resulted in line movement.

The biggest split heading into the weekend is Edson Barboza vs. Dan Ige. 73 percent of the handle and 62 percent of the bets placed are on Barboza. In spite of this, we have not seen line movement. This suggests either some sharp money on Ige, or at least the money on Barboza is fairly square action.

The most interesting split might be for Mara Romero Borella and Cortney Casey. While 54 percent of the handle is on Borella, 64 percent of total bets is on Casey. We’ve seen a fair amount of movement for the favored Casey.

The biggest line movement belongs to Claudi Gadelha vs. Angela Hill. Gadelha opened as a -190 favorite, while Hill was a +150 underdog. With 59 percent of the handle and 76 percent of total bets placed on Gadelha, she’s now -225 to win, making her the biggest favorite on the card.

Here’s a full rundown of betting splits as of 1 p.m. ET the day before the event.
