The NASCAR Xfinity Series is also a part of the racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway this Memorial Day weekend as the Alsco 300 drops the green flag at 7:30 p.m. tonight. The rescheduled race will run 200 laps, and Chase Briscoe is atop the standings with two wins in five races to garner 223 points.
DFS returns for the race, and we’ve got some options to consider. You can enter your lineup here, and here’s the qualifying grid that was determined by random draw.
Timmy Hill ($5,100)
In the four Xfinity races he’s run this year, he’s led a lap in all four of them. That’s valuable points, and so are the place ones he’s added for moving up from his starting position in all of those races. Since he’s starting 25th today there will be plenty of room to do so. All good reasons to have him as a bargain find on your team.
Ryan Sieg ($7,100)
Starting in the seven-hole today, in five races, has finishes of third, fourth, seventh, ninth, and 11th. He has only led one lap on the season, but has 27 fastest laps in his last four races, which combined with four top-10’s is pretty great racing. It’s tough to find points in the middle of the Xfinity field but he does it.
Jeff Green ($4,900)
Has only run one Xfinity race this season, but the veteran driver and crew chief started 29th at Phoenix and finished 15th. He starts today 20th, which can give him plenty of room to improve his lot with a nice run. Not as much history with this season here, but if you need a sixth driver to fill in for points late, he might be the guy.
