UPDATE: How the public is betting Chookagian-Shevchenko

Katlyn Chookagian will face the sister of a fighter she took on in February when she takes on Antonina Shevchenko at UFC Fight Night on May 30th.

Chookagian goes by the moniker “Blonde Fighter” and the 31-year-old from New Jersey has pulled herself up to the #2 spot in the UFC rankings. She’s 6-3 in the UFC, but lost her last bout to Valentina Shevchenko in a title fight via third-round knockout on February 8th. 112 days later, she’ll face her sister Antonina in the hopes of getting another crack at the belt soon.

Antonina will have the best possible scouting report available, and is ranked #12 in the division. The 35-year-old is 8-1 as an MMA fighter, and 2-1 as a member of UFC. The sisters don’t seem too thrilled about potentially facing each other, reminiscent of the Klitschko brothers in heavyweight boxing, but if Antonina can keep winning fights at this level it would seem a dream bout for Dana White and his promotion.
