The eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series returns for more virtual racing today, this time from Dover International Speedway in Dover, Delaware. DraftKings has joined the fun with DFS contests around the race, and this week we are at Bristol Motor Speedway. You can enter all of today’s contests here.
There will be no live scoring in this weekend’s eNASCAR DFS contest, as the entire event will be scored after the race is complete. It’s a six-driver lineup, and each driver will receive or lose a point for place differential from their starting position. They’ll also receive 0.5 points each time they finish with the fastest lap, and receive 0.25 points for each lap they lead. The entrant with the most driver points earned at the end of the day will be the winner.
Best DFS options
Ryan Preece ($10,800)
The price on Preece is a bargain for the performing he’s done so far. Three Top-10’s in the last four races, including two Top 5’s. He’s also led laps in three of the last four races, and has been consistently one of the strongest performers in the field.
When William Byron was running at $10,500 or less per contest, he was for sure the go-to play. But now with him at a cool $13,000 price tag, you’re better off spreading the wealth down the board a bit.
Alex Bowman ($10,000)
Got the win last week at Talladega, and has an average finish of 9.6 on the series, good for fourth amongst the 10 drivers that have competed in all five previous races. He’ll start at the back of the field this week, but can certainly navigate his way up the track to pick up valuable points places as well.
Sleeper DFS options
Brennan Poole ($5,900)
Only ran for the first time last week at ‘Dega, but started seventh and finished seventh. He also led four laps and had two fastest laps as well. For a guy priced almost $2500 below the average driver, it seems he should be in your field if you’re looking for a value play to close out your roster.
Aric Almirola ($5,300)
Finally got into eNASCAR last week, and more than held his own with an 18th place and one fastest lap after starting 21st. The jump in results from Week 1 to Week 2 after racers begin seems to be big here, and Almirola can be a nice last piece of the pie if you need cheap points towards the end of your team.
Here are the DraftKings prices for each driver in the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series:
