Best La Liga DFS picks on June 12th

La Liga soccer is officially back, and there will be two games Friday. Granada and Getafe will face off at 1:30 p.m. ET, and that match will be followed by a a 4:00 p.m. game between Valencia and Levante. Granada vs. Getafe

Granada hasn’t defended well against midfielders, and Jason ($16,200/$10,800) has the highest DKFP average (12.8). Although his sample size is small (11 games), he sends in a fair amount of crosses and has accumulated one goal and four assists this season. His floor is high even when he doesn’t get goals or assists. He’s one of my ideal captain’s picks, but Damian Suarez ($13,800/$9,200) should also receive some consideration.

Victor Diaz ($11,100/$7,400) is an enticing option on the Granada side. I’m going with a defender because Getafe limits the production of forwards and midfielders very well. The right back leads his team in assists (5) and frequently intercepts passes as well.

Valencia vs. Levante

Maxi Gomez ($16,200/$10,800) is Valencia’s leading scorer and is up against a team that gives up more points than other La Liga squad to forwards. Although he broke a bone in his foot in February, he’s been training in full and is expected to return to the starting lineup. If you’re not comfortable with him returning from injury, Daniel Parejo ($16,800/$11,200) might be a better captain’s pick. He has a higher floor because of his passing and has one less goal than Gomez.

Jose Campana ($13,200/$8,800) is one of Levante’s top creators. He leads the team in assists (5), has solid accurate passing numbers, and sends in a hefty number of crosses as well. The midfielder leads Levante in DKFP per game (12)
