UPDATE: Saturday betting splits for Hubbard-Rohskopf
A last-minute opponent was found for Austin Hubbard, and he’ll face UFC newcomer Max Rohskopf on Saturday night at UFC on ESPN 11.
Hubbard is 11-4 as an MMA fighter, but 1-2 in the UFC, and goes by the moniker “Thud.” He’s gone the distance in all three of his bouts in the promotion, and averages 3.02 strikes per minute as well as one takedown per fight. The Elevation Fight Team member from Denver, Colorado has six stoppages with four TKO’s and two submissions in his career.
Rohskopf is 5-0 in MMA with all five wins as submissions, and has only gone past the first round once. He’s fought in Titan FC, Final Fight Championship, and the World Fighting Federation. His last bout was an anaconda choke of Paulo Silva in February at 53 seconds of the first round. The 25-year-old fights out of Killbuck, Ohio and Zenith MMA.
