Top NFL Targets at each position for 6-game slate on June 19th

Aaron Rodgers’ matchup against the Dolphins should be one of Friday’s top plays in this slate.

We’re heading into the weekend with another six-game Madden slate on DraftKings Friday with $3,000 in prizes up for grabs. We break down some of the best plays at each position and a defense for you to consider below. You can enter your lineups here.

Quarterback

Stud

Aaron Rodgers, Packers ($7,200) vs. Dolphins

Aaron Rodgers is a baaaaaad man, and his matchup against Miami’s secondary has to make you lick your chops. He’s one of the greatest as far as video game quarterbacks go, and the Dolphins have one of the worst defenses. Rodgers can light it up against this week defense without a stellar receiving corps.

Value

Mitchell Trubisky, Bears ($6,200) vs. Jaguars

Trubisky has surprisingly been one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks we’ve seen this sim season. He has dud games here and there, but generally plays at an above average level thanks to his versatility. Jacksonville hasn’t been great at getting to the quarterback, and Trubisky can take advantage of that.

Running back

Stud

Alvin Kamara, Saints ($6,600) vs. Chargers

Kamara cracked 20 DKFP four times straight before being a dud in his last outing and has more touchdowns (20) than any other option. His ability to break tackles and be a PPR monster help him maintain value against a good defensive team.

Value

Miles Sanders, Eagles ($5,200) vs. Raiders

Sanders hasn’t put together a string of good games in a while, but the Raiders have holes all over on defense. If he gets a decent amount of carries and is involved early, he could easily be one of the more productive backs in this slate.

Wide receiver

Stud

DeAndre Hopkins, Texans ($8,000) vs. Bengals

Hopkins has caught more touchdowns (19) than every other player in this slate and is up against the second lowest scoring defense in the field. You have to go for a top three receiver against a bottom dweller defense like this.

Value

Mike Williams, Chargers ($4,300) vs. Saints

Williams has cracked double-digits in fantasy points in nine straight games and has continued to be one of the most consistent value plays in Madden. This WR2 has a mismatch against almost every secondary, and I’d continue to ride his hot streak.

Tight End

Stud

Zach Ertz, Eagles ($5,700) vs. Raiders

One of the top tight ends in the game against the Raiders’ porous secondary is desirable. He has 129 catches and more touchdowns (11) than any other player at his position. He should thrive as his team’s top pass catcher.

Value

Darren Waller, Raiders ($4,900) vs. Eagles

Waller is also his team’s best pass catcher and lines up all over the field. Philadelphia’s pass defense should have a hard time keeping track of him while accounting for the wide receivers as well. Derek Carr has a clear favorite in Waller and the accuracy to connect with him consistently.

Defense/Special Teams

Packers ($3,200) vs. Dolphins

Green Bay has the best defensive stats in the slate with 65 sacks and 13 interceptions. Ryan Fitzpatrick isn’t very mobile and is bound to throw the ball a ton with his below average receiving corps.
