The only fight on tonight’s UFC on ESPN 12 card that’s a coinflip is Philipe Lins vs. Tanner Boser at heavyweight on the main card. But Lins is receiving more and heavier action so far despite the line not moving.

Lins lost his UFC debut just six weeks ago on May 13th to Andrei Arlovski by decision, which was also his first heavyweight loss. The 35-year-old Brazilian landed 2.73 strikes per minute in his last fight, but attempted no takedowns. He weighed in at 234 lbs, one pound lighter than his opponent, but will have a three-inch reach advantage this evening.

Boser is 1-1 in the black octagon, and 17-6-1 overall landing 4.17 strikes per minute. The 28-year-old Canadian has 10 stoppages in his 17 wins, including eight by KO/TKO. He’s yet to be taken down in the UFC, but that should matter less tonight than usual as this is likely a fight mostly on the feet.
