Philip Rivers has a good chance to get cooking against the Raiders’ defense on Saturday.

The weekend will be kicked off with a six-game Madden sim slate on DraftKings Saturday. We break down some ideal picks at each position for the games on tap below. Here are some studs, value plays, and a defense you should consider. Set your line up here.

Quarterback

Stud

Philip Rivers, Chargers ($6,800) vs. Raiders

Rivers has arguable the most duynamic duo of starting wideouts in the slate and has thrown a touchdown in 27 of his 28 sims. He can toss it up to Keenan Allen or Mike Williams against the Raiders’ lackluster pass defense.

Value

Daniel Jones, Giants ($5,600) vs. Colts

Jones might have a cheap price, but he’s thrown for over 50 scores and is averaging more than 240 passing yards per game. He’s riding a seven-game multi-touchdown streak and has a versatile receiving corps that can dominate the Colts’ secondary.

Running back

Stud

Devonta Freeman, Falcons ($6,100) vs. Colts

Freeman has 21 total touchdowns and has the versatility to take over in more ways than one. Detroit is weak all around on defense, and Freeman as the highest DKFP average (17.6) in the slate.

Value

Giovani Bernard, Bengals ($3900) vs. Seahawks

The game script loves Bernard right now, as he’s tallied more than 10 DKFP in six straight sims. He’s scored three touchdowns during that span while making an impact through the ground game and by racking up PPR points.

Wide receiver

Stud

Julio Jones, Falcons ($7,800) vs. Lions

Jones hasn’t performed like a top three receiver, but a matchup against Detroit’s defense should get him there. Getting a receiver of his Caliber for under $8,000 is a steal, and he his matchup is better than than Michael Thomas’ against the Denver Broncos.

Value

Mike Williams, Chargers ($4,400) vs. Raiders

Williams has the highest DKFP average in the slate. Plugging him in your lineup will earn you more than 10 DKFP most of the time. He’s one of the most consistent pass catchers you’ll find and has only recorded less than two catches twice in 27 sims.

Tight End

Stud

Evan Engram, Giants ($5,400) vs. Colts

Engram has cracked 20 DKFP in three of his last four sims and is up against the Colts’ porous defense. The Giants have plenty of capable weapons in their receiving corps that can open up space for Engram.

Value

Darren Waller, Raiders ($4,900) vs. Chargers

Waller is up against a good secondary, but that shouldn’t matte to a player with his level of success. He leads all tight ends in receptions and touchdowns and has dominated other top notch pass defenses.

Defense/Special Teams

Rams D/ST ($2,800) vs. Jacksonville

Gardner Minshew is one of the lowest rated quarterbacks in the slate and is up against one of the most well-rounded defenses available. Jalen Ramsey should have a favorable matchup against D.J. Chark Jr., and there’s plenty of talent up front to deal with Leonard Fournette.
