Eintracht Frankfurt and Werder Bremen will face off in a Bundesliga match Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. ET. Both sides are coming off upset wins and are looking to get a streak going. DraftKings has Showdown contests available, and we break down some ideal strategies below. Set your lineups here.

Captain’s Picks

Filip Kostic, M, Eintracht Frankfurt ($17,400)

Kostic has been able to send in 27 crosses over the course of his last two games while facing two of the Bundesliga’s better defenses. Although he’s only assisted on one of the eight goals his team has scored since May 16th, he’s consistently been one of Frankfurt’s highest scorers. Although Werder Bremen held off SC Freiburg in its last outing, I don’t see one of the league’s worst defenses keeping it up.

Andre Silva, F, Eintracht Frankfurt ($13,800)

Silva has begun to thrive as Frankfurt’s top offensive threat. The forward has scored three goals in his last four games and has converted every shot on goal he’s had during that span. Silva doesn’t provide much upside if he doesn’t score, but his momentum is reason enough to go with him.

Flex Plays

Martin Hinteregger, D, Eintracht Frankfurt ($6,000)

Hinteregger wins tackles, intercepts passes, and is also aggressive enough to get forward at contribute as an attacker. Although he plays in the center, he has more upside than most fullbacks because of how much his involvement in the offense. Few defenders can compete with his offensive potential.

Milot Rashica, M/F, Werder Bremen ($10,200)

Rashica leads Werder Bremen in goals (7) and assists (4). He’s taken a lot more shots (67) than his teammates and ranks ninth in the Bundesliga. He also sends in a solid amount of crosses, which makes up for what he lacks in accurate passing.
