The Montreal Impact and Toronto FC are set to face off Thursday at 8 p.m. ET in the MLS is Back Tournament. DraftKings has DFS available for the game, and we go over the best Showdown strategies for the below. Set your lineups here.

Captain’s Picks

Alejandro Pozuelo ($16,800) led Toronto in goals (14) and assists (15) last year and is off to a strong start this season. He’s tallied one goal and two assists in three 2020 appearances. He’s the priciest option available and is also the most versatile. Another option to consider is up-and-coming forward Ayo Akinola ($15,300). The 20-year-old tallied six shots and scored two goals in the only start of the season while filling in for Jozy Altidore and could be on the brink of a breakout season. His matchup is favorable against a Montreal team that gave up 60 goals last year.

Flex

Michael Bradley ($4,400) is fresh off ankle surgery and logged a full 90 minutes in his last match after getting plenty of time to recover. The midfielder will likely continue to go the distance moving forward, as he is Toronto’s captain. He can score and create chances for his teammates.

Saphir Taider ($9,200) hasn’t had an amazing game yet this year, but he led Montreal in goals (9) and assists (7) in 2019. He hasn’t been able to get his own shots off frequently, but he has been sending in crosses and creating shot opportunities for others.
