The Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers square off in the Orlando bubble on the back half of the NBA’s season-opening doubleheader. The game tips off at 9 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on TNT.

The Lakers are hoping to have PF Anthony Davis in the lineup following an eye injury. He is expected to play, but is not 100 percent confirmed. The Clippers will be without PG Lou Williams and PF Montrezl Harrell due to quarantining, while PG Patrick Beverley is questionable and trying to clear quarantine in time for tonight’s game.

The Lakers are a four-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook and -195 money line to win outright. The Clippers are +160, with the game point total installed at 216.

We’ve got a look at some game-day betting splits, and while the betting public likes the Lakers, there is some uncertainty on just how big a margin of victory they can produce on opening night. 76 percent of total bets and 77 percent of total handle placed on money line bets are backing the Lakers. 61 percent of total bets on the point spread are on the Lakers, but there is a 50/50 split on handle. The public expects some fireworks in this game, with 66 percent of bets and 52 percent of handle on the total hitting the over.
