Lost in the chaos of the decision to suspend their college football this season, the PAC-12 CEO Group of university presidents and chancellors has also decided to not play basketball until 2021 as well according to Matt Norlander of CBS Sports

With many schools looking at preseason tournaments in neutral locations where players could be isolated and quarantined during the traditional holiday tournament season, it’s a curious decision to be made this far away. There’s no need to have to make this call now, but it’s a big impact for a league that put three teams in the NCAA Tournament in 2019, and would have likely had at least that many if not more in 2020.

We’ll have more on this story as it develops.
