Joe Harris to miss at least next two games [UPDATE]

The Nets are down 2-0 to the Raptors in their first round series. Things could be over soon with Harris’ status unclear.

UPDATE: Aug. 20, 2:08 p.m. — Harris will miss at least Games 3 and 4 of the Nets’ series vs. the Raptors, per coach Jacque Vaughn.

So with another starter down for Brooklyn, it’s hard to envision the Nets getting back into this series down 2-0. Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot should remain in the starting lineup while a replacement for Harris hasn’t been named. TLC is the biggest benefactor along with Garrett Temple with Harris out the next two games.

Brooklyn Nets G Joe Harris has left the NBA bubble in Orlando due to personal reasons.

At this point it will be tough for Harris to come back this season unless the Nets push their series against the Toronto Raptors to 6 or 7 game.

The Nets are down 2-0 to the Raps after blowing it in a 104-99 loss in Game 2 on Wednesday.
