UPDATE: August 3, 12:47 a.m. — The worst has been reported by Woj. Isaac has suffered a torn ACL in his left knee and is done for the rest of the season.
Disappointing news: Orlando Magic F Jonathan Isaac has suffered a torn ACL in his left knee, source tells ESPN. Isaac missed 31 games with knee injury earlier and worked his way back for restart. A much longer rehab awaits him now.

This is pretty horrible news for such a young, promising player. Hopefully Isaac can recover and be a staple for the Magic. For now, Orlando will have to move forward without him. So James Ennis and Wes Iwundu should see most of the minutes at SF with Khem Birch mixing in more in the front court at PF and C. The Magic had played most of the regular season without Isaac, but this is more of a blow to morale after a solid 2-0 start to the seeding round.
Orlando Magic F Jonathan Isaac will go for an MRI on his knee after leaving Sunday’s game vs. the Sacramento Kings, coach Steve Clifford told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Orlando's Jonathan Isaac is on his way to the MRI on his left knee now, sources tell ESPN. As Magic coach Steve Clifford said, he will stay in The Bubble to be examined.

Isaac will stay in the bubble, so perhaps that’s a good initial sign. It’s obviously bad that he hurt his knee again after suffering a sprain previously. We’ll see what the severity of the injury is but considering his future with the team, he may be held out the rest of the seeding round. Isaac played 15 minutes prior to leaving Sunday’s game vs. the Kings.
