Pistons to pick 7th in 2020 NBA Draft

The NBA Draft Lottery is Thursday night and we’re looking at the Pistons odds to land the No. 1 pick, plus where they’ll ultimately end up selecting.

Draft lottery results: The Pistons secured the 7th pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.

The 2020 NBA Draft Lottery will take place at 8:30 p.m. ET and air on ESPN on Thursday night. The 14 teams who will be in the field are a mix of those left out of the NBA bubble in Orlando and those sent home early. The format for the draft lottery is much different this year. Teams at the top have a more even shot at landing the first overall pick. Let’s take a look at the Detroit Pistons odds to land the No. 1 pick. The Pistons have a 10.5% chance of landing the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft after finishing with the fifth-worst record in the NBA at 20-46 this season. The Pistons are +750 on DraftKings Sportsbook to win the No. 1 overall pick.
