Dariush is 12-4-1 in the UFC and enters on a four-fight win streak that has propelled him to the Top 15 rankings. He’s a submission specialist with eight tap-outs and four knockouts of his opponents in his 18 career victories, and he averages 1.8 takedowns per 15 minutes in the octagon. His KO win over Drakkar Klose on March 7th of this year was just a week before the UFC shut down for Covid-19. It was a third-straight stoppage win for the 31-year-old from Yorba Linda, California.
Holtzman is 14-3 overall in MMA, and 7-3 in the UFC. “Hot Sauce” is 36-years-old from Knoxville, Tennessee, and has won five of his last six in the promotion. He’s a more active fighter with 4.52 strikes per minute and 2.23 takedowns per match, and picked up his first Fight of The Night bonus in his last outing, a unanimous decision victory over Jim Miller on February 15th of this year.
