The Miami Heat came out on top against the Boston Celtics Tuesday in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, and Bam Adebayo’s late-game defense sealed the deal in his team’s 117-114 overtime win.
Jayson Tatum attempted slam through a thunderous dunk in the closing seconds of overtime, but Adebayo met him at his apex before grabbing a rebound and getting fouled to sink the final point of the game from the free throw line.
