Friday afternoon update No. 2: Corey Davis was able to get a full practice in on Friday and was taken off the Titans injury report. With Brown out, he should be the first read and No. 1 target against the Jaguars.
Friday afternoon update: A.J. Brown is out according to coach Mike Vrabel. Corey Davis was at practice, but we don’t have his official designation yet. Davis is trending in the right direction and he and Jonnu Smith should be good starts with Brown out.
Friday early PM update: The Titans are back at practice, but A.J. Brown does not appear to be on the practice field. Corey Davis participated in individual work, would not appear to be doing team drills. Their respective statuses will be announced in the next couple hours.
No sign of A.J. Brown, Darrynton Evans or Malcolm Butler at #Titans practice today.

-Taylor Lewan returned.
-Corey Davis participated in individual period.
Update 9/17: A.J. Brown’s status appears to be moving in the wrong direction with this report of him likely being “week to week,” from Adam Schefter.
Titans' WR A.J. Brown missed practice today with a bone bruise in his knee that is jeopardizing his availability for Sunday's game against the Jaguars and possibly beyond, per source. Brown is likely to be week to week with his knee injury.

The good news is that Corey Davis did return to practice and was listed as limited on the practice report, per Luke Worsham od AtoZ Sports. With Brown looking very iffy this week, David and Jonnu Smith will be the playmakers through the air.
UPDATE 9/17: Titans wide receivers A.J. Brown and Corey Davis were not involved in practice on Thursday, per The Athletics John Glennon. Brown wasn’t at practice and Davis wasn’t participating during the period journalists can watch practice. We may know more when the official injury report comes out, but this isn’t the best news for either as we close in on Sunday’s game against the Jaguars.
The Tennessee Titans returned to practice on Wednesday, and they are a bit shorthanded at wide receiver. Corey Davis sat out practice entirely due to a hamstring injury, and A.J. Brown was limited with a knee injury. The Titans host the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2.
A week ago, Davis was on the injury report with the hamstring issue. He was limited participant on Thursday, a full participant on Friday and Saturday, and listed as questionable for the game. He played this past Monday and led the team with seven receptions for 101 yards against Denver.
Brown is a new addition to the injury report after having a clean slate last week. He caught five passes for 39 yards.
Considering the Titans played on Monday, they are headed into a slightly shorter week. It’s a good bet one or both of these receivers was getting some maintenance time on Wednesday. The Thursday and Friday injury reports will tell us considerably more about what should be a solid fantasy matchup for the two receivers.
