Apparently this is not a penalty?

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. was running free and clear to catch a Baker Mayfield deep ball, but cornerback William Jackson III decided he would do whatever was necessary to stop OBJ from getting the sure touchdown catch. A referee was running down the field with them, and somehow missed it.
Considering OBJ’s earlier touchdown score, I suppose you can’t blame Jackson for doing whatever was needed. The Browns still have the ball under the two-minute warning, so we’ll see if they can overcome the missed call.
