What to do with Myles Gaskin, Jordan Howard, Matt Breida in Week 2 fantasy football

Is anyone from the Dolphins’ running back troika worth a spot in fantasy lineups this week?

The Miami Dolphins have a three-headed running back committee, making life that much more difficult for fantasy footballers. However, with a difficult game against the Buffalo Bills this week, you can probably avoid all three without thinking too much about it.

Fantasy Football analysis: Dolphins RBs Myles Gaskin, Jordan Howard, Matt Breida

Myles Gaskin ended up leading the team in carries last week against the Patriots. He ran the ball nine times for 40 yards. Jordan Howard had eight attempts, but managed a pitiful seven yards. Matt Breida, expected to be the lead back heading into the season, had just five carries and 22 yards. Gaskin also benefitted from some work in the passing game, catching four balls for 26 yards, while the other two running backs weren’t targeted at all.

It certainly looks like Gaskin is the top option at the position for the Dolphins. That could maybe make him worth a roster spot in some leagues. But against the Bills this week, you can probably just avoid all three.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Sit Gaskin, Howard, and Breida.
