What to do with Rams D/ST in Week 3 fantasy football

Should Aaron Donald and Co. be in your lineup this week?

The Los Angeles Rams are 2-0 to start the season. A lot of that is thanks to a rejuvenated Jared Goff, who’s playing like the guy who once led his team to a Super Bowl. But the defense, led by all-world defensive lineman Aaron Donald deserves some credit too. However, the Rams D/ST will face its stiffest test of the season this week against the Buffalo Bills.

Fantasy Football analysis: Rams D/ST

The Rams defense is decidedly middle of the pack in most defensive categories. They only have three sacks this season and just three takeaways. Where this unit is making its presence felt is on the scoreboard, holding opponents to an average of just 18 points per game.

That’s going to be a much harder task this week when they travel to Buffalo to face the Bills. Buffalo is scoring an average of 29 points per game, sixth most in the league. And their passing attack has improved by leaps and bounds; QB Josh Allen is averaging 358 yards per game, the NFL’s best mark.

This game has all the ingredients for a shootout, so leave the Rams D/ST to someone else.
