The NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series’ South Carolina Education Lottery 200 is set to run Sunday at 2:00 p.m. ET at Darlington Raceway. The race will be aired on FS1. We’ll go over the starting grid and betting favorites below.
NASCAR made changes to how qualifying in the three national series (Cup, Xfinity, Gander Outdoors Truck) in August. Three performance metrics will be utilized, with each one weighted a little different. It breaks down as follows.
- Finishing position from the previous race (weighted 50%)
- Ranking in team owner points standings (35%)
- Fastest lap from the previous race (15%)
This system will be used for the remaining regular season races and the playoffs.
Points leader Austin Hill and Brett Moffitt are the favorites to win on DraftKings Sportsbook at +450. Moffitt is the pole sitter and hasn’t finished outside the top three in his last three Truck Series races. Sheldon Creed (+650) has the third best odds and won last Sunday’s race at Gateway Motorsports park.
Here’s what the rest of the field looks like for Sunday’s Truck Series race.
