James White and Damien Harris return to practice Wednesday

The New England Patriots are getting back two key offensive players on Wednesday, as James White and Sony Michel return to practice, per Jim McBride of the Boston Globe. Harris was on I.R. with a hand injury and appears to be cleared to play. White was out due to the tragic car accident his parents suffered two weeks ago.

Last week both Sony Michel and Rex Burkhead had great games against the Raiders, with Michel topping 100 yards rushing and Burkhead finding the end zone three times. James White should take his third-down back job back from Burkhead, but that doesn’t mean Burkhead becomes irrelevant. Even J.J. Taylor has played well for the Patriots tat running back, so they have five capable backs right now. Taylor will likely head back to being inactive if Harris is fully ready, but overall this is a tough group to navigate for fantasy now that they are getting healthy.
