What to do with Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde in Week 17 of the fantasy football playoffs

While the Seahawks booked their spot in the playoffs last week with their win over the Rams, they look toward their game against the 49ers this weekend with the potential of some of their big names getting some rest in their last game of the regular season. Chris Carson got the majority of the carries last week, but will that be the case in Week 17?

Fantasy Football analysis: Seahawks RB Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde

Carson rushed 16 times and ran for 69 yards, while going 3-for-3 in the air with 10 additional yards. Unfortunately, he was unable to find the end zone for the second week in a row. Hyde only rushed twice in this game for eight yards, while going 1-for-1 and 18 receiving yards. It’s clear that Chris Carson will be the preferred target, but whether he’ll get some rest allowing Hyde more chances to get into the end zone, only time will tell. Regardless of speculation, Carson should be a solid RB2 against the 49ers defense while Hyde will most likely take another back seat.
