This season’s third meeting between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns is set to take place this weekend at Heinz Field. Pittsburgh will host Cleveland in a Wild Card Round matchup on Sunday and kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET.
The Steelers and Browns split their regular-season series with one win apiece but Pittsburgh is favored to knock Cleveland out of the playoffs. While the home team is favored at -265 on the moneyline I think the visitors have the tools to cover the spread as 6-point underdogs.

Cleveland ranked third in rushing yards during the regular season and will be up against one of the better defensive lines in the NFL. Luckily for the Browns, they have the best one-two combination of running backs around with Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt healthy. They’ve made it clear all year that their running backs are capable of carrying the offense. Cleveland rushed for 192 yards against a Pittsburgh team that’s only giving up 111.4 yards per game on the ground in Week 17.
The Steelers barely lost their season finale to the Browns after resting key players but have still lost four of their last five games. The Pittsburgh team that went 11-0 is no more as its once-dynamic passing attack has lost a ton of steam. Cleveland’s secondary hasn’t been very dependable this year but its offensive line and running back talent give it enough to control the game clock and keep the score close.
