Why I like the Bills ATS vs. Ravens in the Divisional Round

We break down the best picks against the spread for each matchup in the Divisional Round of the 2021 NFL Playoffs.

Is Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen the better QB?

Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen both secured their first career playoff wins last weekend and are set to face off in the Divisional Round this weekend. The Baltimore Ravens will visit the Buffalo Bills on Saturday and the kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET.

Buffalo is -141 on the moneyline at DraftKings Sportsbook while Baltimore is +123. While this is expected to be a close game, the Bills have an edge in my mind and have a good shot at covering the spread.

ATS Pick: Bills -2.5

The Bills are back at full strength out wide now that John Brown has re-joined a receiving corps that includes Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley, and Gabriel Davis. Josh Allen was dominant with his best pass catchers against a respectable Indianapolis Colts defense in the first round and Baltimore’s secondary could be weakened on Saturday.

Marcus Peters has missed two straight practices with a back injury and pass rusher Matthew Judon has missed two straight practices with an illness. Baltimore will need these key players to slow down Buffalo’s dynamic offense, even with Zack Moss ruled out for the year with an ankle injury. Both teams can be explosive on offense and Baltimore has the better defense, but Buffalo has more ways to score thanks to Allen’s improved accuracy and top-notch receiving corps.
