Fantasy football start/sit advice
Chiefs
Tyreek Hill, WR, $6,600
The Kansas City Chiefs’ offense should not have no problems putting up points on the Browns’ defense this weekend. The Browns’ defense is one of the worst in the playoffs as they are susceptible to the big play.
On Sunday, they get to see Tyreek Hill, who will be the highest-priced wide receiver in DFS play. The speedy wideout has scored five touchdowns in Kansas City’s last five games. Hill be going up against a Browns’ defense that has allowed 20 touchdowns and 40.7 DraftKing points per game to opposing wide receivers this season.
Travis Kelce, TE, $7,800
If the Browns’ defense decides to play a lot of zone on Sunday to take keep Hill and Mecole Hardman in front of them, it could open up opportunities for superstar tight end Travis Kelce. The veteran tight end is coming off of a regular season, where he had 105 receptions for 1,416 yards and 11 touchdowns.
In the Chiefs’ last five games, Kelce has 39 receptions (55 targets) for 520 yards and four touchdowns. Over that same span of time, he is averaging 24.6 fantasy points per game. Kelce should be able to find similar success against as the Browns’ defense has allowed 10 touchdowns and 15.4 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends.
Browns
Nick Chubb, RB, $6,600
For Cleveland to have any chances of winning on Sunday, they will need to the run with star running back Nick Chubb. Last week against the Steelers, Chubb had 76 yards on 18 carries, along with four receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown.
For his efforts, he accumulated 19.8 DraftKing points, which isn’t bad for an RB1. The Browns will need this same type of performance on Sunday against a Chiefs’ defense that is giving up 122.1 rushing yards per game. They are also allowing 12 total touchdowns ( 5 - rushing) to opposing running backs.
Jarvis Landry, WR, $5,600
Just like Nick Chubb, Browns veteran wide receiver Jarvis Landry found his way to the end zone last Sunday night. Landry produced five receptions (eight targets) for 92 yards and a touchdown. The 28-year-old also scored 16.4 DraftKing points, making it his fifth-straight game where he’s scored at least 10 points or more. On Sunday, Landry will try to make it six-straight games against a Kansas City defense that is only giving up 31.3 fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts.
