How to handle Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley injury in the 2021 NFL Playoffs

Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley avoided the Bills final injury report for the Divisional round of the 2021 NFL Playoffs. We break down what it means for fantasy football roster decisions.

The Buffalo Bills’ official injury report for their Divisional round game against the Baltimore Ravens is a short one this week. Notably absent from the list are wide receivers Cole Beasley and Stefon Diggs. That means both players will be ready to go on Saturday, and back to their status as valuable assets for your fantasy football lineups.

Fantasy impact: Stefon Diggs (oblique), Cole Beasley (ankle)

Beasley had been dealing with a knee injury prior to last week’s Wild Card win over the Colts. Despite some questions, he was able to suit up for that one, finishing the game with seven catches on seven targets for 57 yards.

Diggs popped up on the injury report during the week with an oblique issue, but it apparently wasn’t serious enough to even bother listing him as questionable for this game. Diggs caught six passes on nine targets for 128 yards and a touchdown last week.

It’s a good thing they’re both healthy, because matching up against the Ravens corners is going to be a tall order. However, Diggs is just too good to completely ignore based on the matchup, and Beasley’s been the NFL’s best slot receiver this season.
