Cleveland Browns star defensive end Myles Garrett walked off with trainers early in the third quarter, appearing to be in real pain. But, Garrett returned the next play and made a good push. Since then, he has been in and out of the game and you can see the pain in his face on the sideline.

If this were a regular season game, there’s a good chance he would stay on the sideline, but down 22-10 in the third quarter Garrett is going to stay in there as long as he can be somewhat effective.
