Friday PM update: Davis was able to get in a limited practice on Friday, giving him a chance to play on Sunday.
Thursday PM update: Davis once again missed practice, per Matt Parino. He is looking iffy to play at the moment, but a Friday appearance at practice could give him a chance.
The Buffalo Bills wide receiver Gabriel Davis was unable to practice on Wednesday, per the injury report. Davis suffered an ankle injury against the Ravens in the Wild Card round that held him to 26 snaps. He managed to play through the injury for the most part and as long as he’s back out there on Thursday he should be okay for their matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs.
If Davis does end up missing the game or being on a snap count, we would likely see more Isaiah McKenzie, but with John Brown back and Cole Beasley off the injury report, his workload isn’t going to be that big as it is.
The Bills starting receivers look like they are locked in for the Championship game, promising a good matchup in Kansas City. With an over/under of 54 points and likely rising as long as Patrick Mahomes looks like he’ll be cleared, this game should have plenty of passing.
